Refund and Return Policy

At RANIRAJHA, all items are carefully quality-checked before being shipped to ensure they reach you in excellent condition.

Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please email us at ranirajha@gmail.com as soon as possible after receiving your order.

Please allow up to 24 hours for a response.
The item must be returned to us within 3 days of delivery. Tracking number must be provided. 
Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
Please note that hygiene restrictions apply to certain products and some items cannot be returned.

We are unable to provide a refund for items that have been opened, used, worn, altered or are no longer in their original condition.

Items Eligible for Return

An item may be returned if:

It has been damaged during shipping.

Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

Damage caused by normal wear and tear or improper use.
Change of mind.
Items that do not suit you.
Items that do not fit. Please carefully review the sizing information provided in each product description before purchasing.
Earrings or nose pieces, due to hygiene reasons.
Items that have been opened, worn, used, altered, or are not in their original condition.

Custom Order Items

All custom order items are made to order and are non-refundable.

If your order contains both in stock and custom order items, your order in stock order will be shipped immediately and custom order items will be shipped based on the timeline we've provided (please view shipping and deliveries page).

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or if an item does not suit your needs.

Please carefully review the product description before purchasing, including the product's length, weight, sizing, and other specifications.

If you are unsure about a product or need additional information before placing your order, please contact us via email or instagram and we will be happy to assist you.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

We can only honour cancellation requests if your order has not yet been shipped.

Once 24 hours have passed, we are unable to accept cancellation requests.

Important Hygiene Notice

For health and hygiene reasons, earrings and nose pieces are strictly non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
